Terms & refunds

These terms apply when you order from Waheed Pharmacy through our app or website. We are a licensed retail pharmacy in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab, Pakistan.

Prescription medicines

Some medicines may only be supplied against a valid prescription. If your order contains one, it is held until our pharmacy staff have read and approved the prescription you upload. Nothing is dispatched before that.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where a prescription is unreadable, appears altered, has already been dispensed, or where the quantity requested is not appropriate. If we refuse an order you pay nothing.

This is not medical advice

Information in the app, including anything the in-app assistant tells you, is general and does not replace a consultation with a doctor or pharmacist. Do not use this service in an emergency — go to your nearest hospital or call emergency services.

Prices, stock and delivery

• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery is Rs 70 per order within Dera Ghazi Khan, and free for W-Pharma Plus members.
• Stock figures are kept as accurate as we can, but if an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and that item will not be charged.
• We deliver within Dera Ghazi Khan only.

Payment

Orders are currently cash on delivery: our rider collects payment when your order arrives. Please have the amount ready. If online payment methods are added, they will be listed at checkout and these terms will be updated.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel free of charge at any time before your order has been dispatched, from the app or by calling us. Once a rider is carrying it, call us and we will do what we can.

Returns and refunds

Medicines are handled under conditions we control only while they are with us, so for safety reasons we cannot accept a return of a medicine that has left our rider's hands, except in the circumstances below.

We will replace the item or refund it in full if:

• we delivered the wrong medicine, strength or quantity;
• the item was damaged, opened, or already expired on arrival; or
• we were unable to complete the delivery.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery by calling the number below, and keep the item and its packaging.

How a refund is made. On a cash-on-delivery order there is nothing to refund unless you have already paid the rider — in that case we repay you in cash or by bank transfer, whichever you prefer. Refunds are made by hand by our staff and recorded against your order, so please allow a few working days. If a delivery is refused at the door or cannot be completed, the parcel comes back to us and the stock is returned to our shelf; you owe nothing.

W-Pharma Plus

• W-Pharma Plus is a prepaid 30-day pass, currently Rs 349.
• It does not renew automatically and you are never charged again without buying another pass.
• Benefits apply for the 30 days and then simply stop.
• Because it is used from the moment it starts, a pass is not refundable once its benefits have been used. If a pass was charged in error, call us and we will put it right.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself, give us accurate delivery information, and do not use the service to obtain medicines for anyone other than the person named on the prescription. We may suspend an account that is misused.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Dera Ghazi Khan have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.
